Grief Coaching - Program Overview
Session 1-4: Build intuition and start to recognize the signals of the body and mind.
This is a crucial part in setting the foundation for sustained results for you. This helps to get you out of traditional grief mentality of deprivation and negative self-talk.

Session 5-6: Learn to recognize self-sabotage and replace destructive habits with nourishing habits.
These sessions are what separate so-so coaching from great coaching. You will fall off track at some point in your program and that is OKAY! You will learn how to recognize when this is about to happen and I will be there to help you recognize it too. As you start to experience change, that old way of handling grief often takes over and you want to freak out and resort to old habits that were more comfortable. In session 6, I will help your inner rebel be expressed in non-destructive ways (a.k.a no more self-sabotaging behaviors) and brainstorm more nourishing choices to add into your life.

One thing we have ample amounts of in this world is stress. Stress will show up in different ways for you, but helping you to manage and reduce it is key to helping you improve self care and wellness and assimilate these new habit changes optimally.
We address the underlying cause of what wants to be nourished so there’s no more self-medicating with food, drink, drugs, or other negative habits preventing you from having the life you deserve. I also help you acknowledge and reframe any negative self-loathing thoughts that could be keeping you from living into your very best life. Your story creates your biology.

We get to celebrate all of your accomplishments over the last 90 days and depending on your next goals, powerfully invite you to say YES to your desires by stepping up even more for yourself in the next 90-Day Program with me.
