After years of education and training in health care, business, behavior, and changes in my personal life, I realized that it was time to turn all of my training and personal experience into practical knowledge that my clients can use in everyday life to lose weight, gain energy, make life changes, and transform themselves into their best self!

"I’m very satisfied with this health coaching program and received some very useful information along with homework, handouts, compassion, and accountability. Eileen was great! She was able to take much of her experience, dedication, education, and skills and help me get break out of a job that was only dragging me down. She was able to actually help me discover my true passion and what I want to do with the remainder of my professional life."
