Why Health Coaching?
It is not uncommon to have at least one area of your life out of “snyc.” Often your health, finances, relationships, professional life, or connection to something greater may need adjustment to keep you in balance and healthy. This is where health coaching comes in.
One of the great things about health coaching is that it is very "goal driven and forward moving." It's about you focusing in on what you would like to achieve in your life. So the very first thing I will do in our phone or face-to-face session (which you will schedule online) is ask you: "If we could have a magic wand together and get what you really want in the next 90 days, what would that look like? How would you feel?" What I try to do as a health and life coach, is help you get there. Often doctors, dietitians, and other health practitioners either don't have the time or the skills to help people stay motivated and follow through to get lasting results. So people default to their set habits, even when they know those habits make them feel lousy. That's where the coaching role comes in; to provide the right system, support, and accountability so you can see positive transformation.

What to Expect from Health Coaching
In the first session I will help you outline the small changes you can make to get to positive larger changes so you can feel better about your health, and/or across other areas of your life. We will work on:

- Which foods and/or lifestyle habits are bringing your body down....and what to do about it
- A step-by-step plan to create that Positive Transformation in 90 days or less!
