Eileen C. Sherman is a Certified Health and Life Coach who owns her own private practice, Eileen Sherman Health Coaching LLC located in Mequon, WI. Prior to beginning her practice, Eileen was a Professor and Dean-School of Business at Alverno College in Milwaukee, WI. In years past, Eileen has occupied positions as Associate Professor and Associate Dean-College of Business, Cardinal Stritch University, Chair-College of Business Cardinal Stritch University, Assistant Professor and Program Director-Health Services Administration Program-Medical College of Wisconsin, and Assistant Professor Marquette University. Eileen received her PhD in Organizational Behavior from Marquette University in 1995 and her MBA from Boston University in 1987. Before entering academic positions, Eileen worked several years at the Department of Public Health in Boston, Massachusetts. Eileen was also President and CEO of a mid-size home health agency from 1983-1985 and also occupied a position as senior vice president for a large health care system in Massachusetts for 5 years. Prior to entering health management, she was a critical care nurse for 10 years. Eileen has numerous publications on topics of health care management, the role of the physician in management, and organizational behavior in health care settings. In addition to teaching and delivering seminars to diverse groups on the benefits of health and life coaching, she has developed a signature program in Grief and Loss for people endeavoring to move forward after experiencing a major loss in their lives. Eileen is also a trained professional chef from Biro Culinary School and offers recipes, tips for healthy eating, and metabolic reset programs all focused on positive habit change for a healthier lifestyle. She completed Culinary fellowships in California and Lucca, Italy. In her spare time, she rides her horse, Zeus, travels, and spends time cooking for family and friends.
